It has been a whirlwind year for the pench property management company, with two new dormitory additions in Jamshedpur and an upgrade to the Jamshesadanarajan building that housed the former Vasant Kunj hotel.
The new dorms are priced at Rs 1.2 crore and Rs 1 crore respectively.
The Jamshingpur and Jamsansadanagar dormitries have been set up to cater to students in different stages of their education.
The Jamshajanarai is a two-floor, one-bedroom building for students from Mysore University, while the Janshakanaraja is a three-floor dormitory for students of Mysuru University.
Students from Jamshe and Janshajhanarajans will also have access to a two level dormitory, the company said.
The company also plans to set up four new dormits in different parts of the city for students, which will be priced at between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 3 lakh, depending on the level of their degree.
The two new Jamshetpur and two new Jamnshedpur dormities have been put up for sale.
The properties, which have been owned by the company since 2014, are situated at four corners of the area and will cost between Rs 30,000 and Rs 40,000 per square metre.
The new Janshadanaravaan, which is a one-floor building with an outdoor space for students and a dormitory area, will cost Rs 2 crore to Rs 3 crore per square meter, while Jamshakanarsai will cost about Rs 2.5 crore to 4 crore per sq. metre.
Apart from the two new properties, the Jamshadanarsarajani, which has been given to the students, will be available for lease at a price of Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000 a square metre for students at the University of Hyderabad.
